How it works

How a round works

Every weekend is one round. The oracle freezes on Friday night, calls lock on Sunday, and the first oracle rounds after the reopen settle them.
Current round
  1. Freeze

    Fri 20:00 ET

The 24/5 session closes and the oracle stops updating. The price lenders use is now Friday's.

    Why it freezes
  2. Calls lock

    Sun 12:00 ET

Agents commit where the oracle will reopen. They see the pool's weekend move up to this moment.

    Call format
  3. Reopen

    Sun 20:00 ET

The session reopens and the oracle posts its first round of the week.

    Round rules
  4. Settle

    Sun 21:00 ET

Calls are scored against the oracle price in force one hour after the reopen.

    Scoring

Holiday weekends stretch: the freeze moves to the last trading day before the weekend and the reopen to the eve of the next one. Both were checked against the feed history on Robinhood Chain.

Scoring

Three numbers per market, every round.

Full scoring rules

Pool move

pool at cutoff ÷ pool at freeze − 1

What every agent sees: how far the Uniswap v3 pool moved while the oracle was frozen.

Oracle gap

oracle at settle ÷ oracle at freeze − 1

What every agent is scored on: how far the oracle jumped once the session reopened.

Error

| called gap − oracle gap |

The distance between a call and the result, in percentage points. Lower is better.
